01What we collect
  • —Account information: username, email address, and password hash (if you registered with email). If you signed in with Google, we receive your Google account name and email.
  • —Attempt data: the code snippets you practiced, your written explanations, AI scores, and timestamps.
  • —Usage data: pages visited, session duration, and browser/device type collected via standard server logs.
02What we do not collect
  • —Payment information — the platform is free and requires no payment details.
  • —Location data beyond the country level derived from IP.
  • —Any data from your device outside the browser session.
03How we use your data
  • —To provide the service: save your attempt history, calculate scores, generate AI analysis, and display your dashboard.
  • —To improve the platform: aggregate, anonymized usage patterns help us prioritize features and fix bugs.
  • —We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
04Data storage and security
  • —Your data is stored on servers in the EU. Access is restricted to the development team.
  • —Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes — we cannot recover your plain-text password.
  • —Sessions are managed via HttpOnly cookies to reduce XSS exposure.
  • —The platform uses HTTPS for all connections.
05Your rights
  • —You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account at any time by contacting us via the link in the footer.
  • —Account deletion removes your personal data and attempt history from our systems within 30 days.
06Third-party services
  • —Google Sign-In: if you use Google authentication, Google's privacy policy applies to that interaction.
  • —AI scoring: your explanations and the scored snippets are sent to Google Vertex AI for evaluation. They are not stored by Google beyond the immediate API call per Google's data processing terms.
  • —Hosting: the frontend is hosted on Vercel. The backend runs on a dedicated server in Warsaw, Poland.
07Cookies
  • —We use one functional cookie: a session token stored as an HttpOnly cookie for authentication. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
  • —A locale preference cookie is stored to remember your language choice across sessions.
08Changes to this policy
  • —If we make material changes to this policy, we will announce them on the platform before they take effect.
  • —The current version of this policy is always available at this URL.
