—The platform is in beta. Features and availability may change. Material changes will be announced on the platform before taking effect.

—You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
—You may delete your account at any time via the contact link in the footer.

Acceptable use

—Use the platform for its intended purpose: practicing code reading and comprehension.
—Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the platform in ways that degrade performance for other users.
—Do not submit content that is abusive, illegal, or designed to manipulate the AI scoring system.
—Do not share your account credentials with others.

Content you submit

—The explanations you write remain yours. By submitting them, you grant CodeEvaluator a license to use them to provide and improve the AI scoring service.
—We do not claim ownership of your explanations and do not publish them publicly.

Platform content

—Code snippets, rubrics, scoring logic, and all platform content are owned by CodeEvaluator and protected by copyright.
—You may not reproduce or redistribute platform content without written permission.
—AI-generated feedback and scores are for educational purposes only — they are not professional assessments.

Service availability

—The platform is provided as-is during beta. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability of any specific feature.
—We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

Limitation of liability

—CodeEvaluator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
—Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is zero during the free beta).

Termination

—We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.
—You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us via the footer link.
—On termination, your access to the platform ends and your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Changes

—We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the platform with reasonable notice before taking effect.
—Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
—The current version is always available at this URL.

Governing law

—These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country in which CodeEvaluator operates.
—Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
